Amend CSSB 4 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  This Act does not require a law enforcement agency to participate in any federal program under which state and local law enforcement agencies are delegated duties of enforcing federal immigration law, including a program established under Section 287(g), Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. Section 1357).
