Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing), on page 4, between lines 23 and 24, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This subchapter does not prohibit a local entity or campus police department from prioritizing the enforcement of any law over the enforcement of a federal immigration law within its jurisdiction.
