Amend CSSB 4 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 8, line 24, strike "an" and substitute "a lawful".
(2) On page 8, line 26, between "any" and "request", insert "lawful".
(3) On page 12, line 13, strike "an" and substitute "a lawful".
