Amend CSSB 8 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 8, line 5, between "241.010" and the underlined comma, insert "and except as otherwise provided by this section".

(2)  On page 9, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:

(____) This section does not apply to the disposition of embryonic and fetal tissue remains resulting from the termination of a pregnancy caused by sexual assault or incest.
