Amend CSSB 8 (house committee report) on page 4, between lines 13 and 14, by inserting the following appropriately numbered subdivisions and renumbering subsequent subdivisions and correcting cross-references to those subdivisions accordingly:
(____) human fetal tissue obtained from a terminated ectopic pregnancy or a terminated molar pregnancy;
(____) human fetal tissue obtained from a pregnancy that is terminated because of ruptured membranes, preeclampsia, low levels of amniotic fluid, excessive levels of amniotic fluid, or placenta previa;
