Amend CSSB 312 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. Subchapter J, Chapter 201, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 201.812 to read as follows:
Sec. 201.812. REPORT ON CERTAIN ENGINEERING EXPENDITURES. Not later than the 30th day following the end of each calendar quarter, the department shall publish on the department's Internet website, for each department district, the amount of expenditures paid by the department to third parties for engineering services.
