Amend SB 314 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 17 of the bill, adding Section 351.3591, Occupations Code (page 4, lines 46-62).

(2)  Strike SECTION 20 of the bill, adding Section 351.6011, Occupations Code (page 6, lines 40-67).

(3)  Strike SECTION 24 of the bill (page 7, lines 31-35).

(4)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
