Amend CSSB 488 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill by striking added Section 52.072(f), Election Code (page 1, lines 24-26), and substituting the following:
(f) A proposition must substantially submit the question with such definiteness and certainty in identifying the proposition's chief features that the voters are not misled.
