Amend SB 524 (senate committee report) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 42.08(b), Penal Code (page 1, line 25), by striking "[Class A misdemeanor]" and substituting ", except that an offense under Subsection (a)(5) is a Class A misdemeanor".
