Amend CSSB 810 by Kolkhorst (senate committee printing) in SECTION 6 of the bill in added Section 441.021, Government Code as follows:

(1)  On page 3, line 66-68, strike:

"Subchapter A, Chapter 441, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 441.021 to read as follows:

Sec. 441.021" and substitute:

"Subchapter C, Chapter 61, Education Code, is amended by adding Section 61.0669 to read as follows:

Sec. 61.0669".

(2)  On page 4, line 3, strike "commission" and substitute "board".

(3)  On page 4, line 11, strike "commission" and substitute "board".

(4)  On page 4, lines 13-15, strike "including the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, the Texas Education Agency, and representatives of public institutions of higher education and school districts" and substitute "including the Texas Education Agency and representatives of public institutions of higher education and school districts".
