Amend CSSB 1467 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 2, line 5, through page 8, line 3.

(2)  Strike page 8, lines 5 through 11 and substitute the following appropriately numbered SECTION:

SECTION ____.  This Act applies beginning with the 2017 fall semester.

(3)  Renumber remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
