Amend CSSB 1524 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 2 of the bill, strike added Section 623.402(a)(2), Transportation Code (page 2, lines 5-7), and substitute the following:
(2) the distance between the front axle of the truck-tractor and the last axle of the semitrailer, measured longitudinally, is approximately 647 inches;
(2) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 623.402(a)(3)(B), Transportation Code (page 2, line 12), strike "pounds;" and substitute "pounds; and".
(3) In SECTION 2 of the bill, strike added Section 623.402(a)(3)(D), Transportation Code (page 2, lines 16-19).
(4) In SECTION 2 of the bill, strike added Section 623.402(b)(2), Transportation Code (page 2, lines 35-37), and substitute the following:
(2) the distance between the front axle of the truck-tractor and the last axle of the semitrailer, measured longitudinally, is approximately 612 inches;
(5) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 623.402(b)(3)(B), Transportation Code (page 2, line 42), strike "pounds;" and substitute "pounds; and".
(6) In SECTION 2 of the bill, strike added Section 623.402(b)(3)(D), Transportation Code (page 2, lines 47-50).
(7) In SECTION 4 of the bill, in amended Section 623.018(d), Transportation Code (page 4, line 30), strike "has" and substitute "is being operated in compliance with [has]".
