Amend CSSB 1524 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 2 of the bill, immediately following added Section 623.406(d), Transportation Code (page 3, between lines 49 and 50), by adding the following appropriately lettered subsection:
( ) A permit issued under this subchapter does not authorize the transportation of a sealed intermodal shipping container in a county that borders New Mexico and the United Mexican States.
