Amend SB 1625 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 3 of the bill (page 2, line 17, through page 3, line 16).

(2)  Strike SECTION 6 of the bill (page 4, line 21, through page 5, line 11).

(3)  Strike SECTION 11 of the bill (page 8, lines 2-11).

(4)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
