Amend CSSB 2039 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:
(1) In added Section 28.017(a), Education Code (page 1, line 34-35), strike "a sexual abuse and sex trafficking prevention program" and substitute "one or more sexual abuse and sex trafficking instructional modules".
(2) In added Section 28.017(a), Education Code (page 1, line 36), strike "program must" and substitute "modules may".
(3) In added Section 28.017(b), Education Code (page 1, line 54), strike "program" and substitute "module or modules".
