(1)  On page 35, line 8, strike "Section 2308.257" and substitute "Section 2308.257(b)".

(2)  On page 35, line 9, strike "by amending Subsection (b) and adding Subsection (b-1)".

(3)  On page 36, strike lines 2 and 3.
