AUTHOR'S / SPONSOR'S STATEMENT OF INTENT

Interested parties contend that there is no adequate statewide curriculum in place for driver education courses regarding law enforcement procedures. H.B. 1372 seeks to address this issue by requiring certain information to be included in the curriculum of each driver education and driving safety course.

H.B. 1372 amends current law relating to information included in the curriculum of each driver education course and driving safety course.
