BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
Interested parties in Comal County assert the benefits of changing the membership of the county juvenile board. C.S.H.B. 4307 seeks to provide for these changes.

ANALYSIS
C.S.H.B. 4307 amends the Human Resources Code to include as a member of the Comal County Juvenile Board the judge of the 22nd District Court and to replace the member of the board who is a judge of a district court that has jurisdiction in Comal County, appointed biennially by the local administrative district judge, with the judge of the 274th District Court.
