A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to warning signs applicable to the carrying of weapons on |
|
|
the premises of certain holders of alcoholic beverage licenses and |
|
|
permits and to grounds for cancellation of those licenses and |
|
|
permits. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed: |
|
|
(1) Sections 11.041, 11.61(e), 61.11, and 61.71(f), |
|
|
Alcoholic Beverage Code; and |
|
|
(2) Section 411.204(d), Government Code. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
