A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to studies by the Public Utility Commission of Texas analyzing electric rates.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Sections 36.210(h), (h-1), and (i), Utilities Code, are repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
