| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 151.319(a), Tax Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. | ||
