CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3735 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct the enrolled version of House Bill No. 3735 by adding the |
|
|
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and |
|
|
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly: |
|
|
SECTION ____. To the extent of any conflict between this Act |
|
|
and S.B. No. 1430, Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular Session, |
|
|
2017, affecting Section 11.122, Water Code, the conflicting |
|
|
provision of S.B. No. 1430 controls. |
