CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3808 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct House Bill No. 3808, as amended by senate floor amendment |
|
|
no. 2 by Senator Watson, by striking "SECTION 2. This Act takes |
|
|
effect September 1, 2017.". |
