R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Sherri Nischbach of Bennett Elementary in McKinney |
|
|
has been chosen as a finalist in the 2017 America's Greatest School |
|
|
Nurse contest; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Sponsored by Pfizer, this nationwide competition |
|
|
recognizes school nurses who exemplify the compassion and |
|
|
dedication that are the hallmarks of the nursing profession; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Nischbach, a registered nurse who will |
|
|
represent Texas among the contest's 51 finalists, has been with |
|
|
Bennett Elementary School for the past four years; she was |
|
|
previously employed at Finch Elementary School and spent more than |
|
|
a decade as a pediatric emergency room nurse; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her exceptional commitment to the health and |
|
|
well-being of her patients, Sherri Nischbach has greatly benefited |
|
|
the students, faculty, and staff of Bennett Elementary, and her |
|
|
efforts are indeed worthy of praise; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Sherri Nischbach on her selection |
|
|
as a finalist in the America's Greatest School Nurse competition |
|
|
and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success with her |
|
|
important work; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Nischbach as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
