R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Gustav Gygi has ably served his fellow Texans as an
  intern in the office of State Representative Jason Isaac during the
  85th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Gygi has provided vital
  assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; in
  addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
  service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Gygi grew up in Watauga and graduated from
  Haltom High School in 2014; he currently attends Stephen F. Austin
  State University, where he is majoring in history and minoring in
  political science; he has served as a community assistant at SFA and
  as a referee for youth soccer in Hurst, Longview, and Nacogdoches,
  and he worked part-time during high school for Whataburger and
  Vans; following his graduation, he plans to pursue a law degree; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
  duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Gustav Gygi for his service as a
  legislative intern in the office of State Representative Jason
  Isaac and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in
  all his endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Gygi as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
