R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Megan Pulley has ably served her fellow Texans as |
|
|
district director in the office of State Representative Scott |
|
|
Sanford during the 85th Legislature; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mrs. Pulley's resourcefulness and initiative have |
|
|
earned the appreciation of her colleagues, and her contributions to |
|
|
carrying forth Representative Sanford's legislative agenda have |
|
|
helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Before joining Representative Sanford's office in |
|
|
2013, Mrs. Pulley worked in the business offices of Imagine Charter |
|
|
School and McKinney Christian Academy, and she spent 11 years as a |
|
|
Department of Defense financial manager at air force bases across |
|
|
the country; she holds a bachelor's degree in business |
|
|
administration from the University of Maryland, along with a number |
|
|
of certifications from the Defense Acquisition University; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her |
|
|
duties as district director with skill and dedication, and she is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Megan Pulley for her service as district |
|
|
director in the office of State Representative Scott Sanford and |
|
|
extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her |
|
|
endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mrs. Pulley as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
