R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Public education is an endeavor in which all Texans |
|
|
have a stake, and those individuals who devote themselves to the |
|
|
development of our young people are helping to ensure that the |
|
|
future of the Lone Star State rests in capable hands; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, One such educator is Cailey Hudson, a 10th-grade |
|
|
English teacher at Juan Seguin High School, who has demonstrated |
|
|
her commitment to her students by achieving a perfect record of |
|
|
attendance for the 2016-2017 academic year; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During the time that Ms. Hudson has taught at Seguin |
|
|
High, she has worked tirelessly to equip her pupils with the |
|
|
knowledge and skills that will enable them to become responsible |
|
|
and productive citizens; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Providing for the diverse educational needs of our |
|
|
future leaders is an undertaking of paramount importance, and |
|
|
Cailey Hudson embodies the spirit of service and dedication that |
|
|
are the hallmarks of a good teacher; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Cailey Hudson on her perfect attendance |
|
|
during the 2016-2017 school year and extend to her sincere best |
|
|
wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Hudson as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
