R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever treasure their
  memories of Henry Fenderbosch Jr., who passed away on April 28,
  2017, at the age of 69; and
         WHEREAS, "Tim" Fenderbosch was born in Pasadena, Texas, to
  Henry and Edith Fenderbosch on July 4, 1947, and he spent most of
  his life in Berrien County, Michigan, along the shores of Lake
  Michigan; after graduating from St. Joseph High School in 1965, he
  earned a bachelor's degree at Western Michigan University; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Fenderbosch was a service program manager for
  the Berrien County Department of Human Services for 37 years, until
  his retirement; he went on to work as chief operations officer for
  the Four Winds Casino, and he also served as township manager for
  St. Joseph Charter Township; and
         WHEREAS, For many years, Mr. Fenderbosch was president of the
  Lakeshore school board, and he also served on the board of the
  annual Blossomtime Festival in St. Joseph and Benton Harbor;
  moreover, he was a member of the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor Elks
  Lodge No. 541 and Phi Sigma Epsilon fraternity as well as an
  honorary deputy of the Berrien County Sheriff's Department; and
         WHEREAS, A devoted family man and a leader in his community,
  Tim Fenderbosch lived a rich and purposeful life, and he will
  forever be a source of inspiration to all those who had the good
  fortune to know him; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Henry Fenderbosch
  Jr. and extend heartfelt sympathy to the members of his family: to
  his wife of 37 years, Juanita Brow Fenderbosch; to his daughters,
  Tanya Fenderbosch, Rachel Martini and her husband, Chris, Jackie
  Reich and her husband, Mario, and Julianne Allen and her husband,
  Jim; to his sisters, Gretchen Culbert and her husband, Charles, and
  Dianne Barbery; to his brothers-in-law, John Camden and Jim Brow
  and his wife, Sally; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be
  it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Tim
  Fenderbosch.
