SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 349
         WHEREAS, John Mio of Longview is retiring as operations
  manager from Stream-Flo USA in March 2017, drawing to a close a
  notable career that has spanned more than three and a half
  decades; and
 
         WHEREAS, Mr. Mio joined the Stream-Flo group of companies
  in 1981, and over the years, he held a variety of assignments that
  took him around the globe; in 2008, he relocated to Longview to
  oversee United States-based manufacturing at Stream-Flo USA, and
  he has since played an instrumental role in increasing the
  plant's capacity and providing jobs for area Texans; and
 
         WHEREAS, Retirement will undoubtedly afford Mr. Mio the
  opportunity to spend more quality time with his beloved family,
  including his wife, Marie, and their children and
  grandchildren; and
 
         WHEREAS, John Mio's skill, professionalism, and commitment
  to excellence have made him an important asset to Stream-Flo USA,
  and he may indeed reflect with pride on his many accomplishments
  as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life; now,
  therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
  Legislature, hereby congratulate John Mio on the occasion of his
  retirement as operations manager from Stream-Flo USA and extend
  to him warm best wishes for continued happiness and fulfillment;
  and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  Mr. Mio as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
