SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 443
 
 
  In Memory
  of
  Bernadette Richardson
 
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
  commemorates the life of Bernadette Richardson, who died
  February 9, 2017; and
         WHEREAS, Bernadette Richardson was an exemplary citizen
  whose generous and loving spirit had a profound impact on those
  who were privileged to share in her life; and
         WHEREAS, A graduate of Porter High School, Bernadette
  attended The University of Texas at Brownsville; she enjoyed a
  fulfilling career as a master hairstylist and hair colorist; and
         WHEREAS, She was affectionate and loyal to her large and
  loving extended family, and she devoted much of her time and
  energy to encouraging and supporting the creative endeavors of
  her nieces; and
         WHEREAS, A woman of courage, grace, and warmth, she gave
  selflessly to others, and her generosity, her creative spirit,
  and her enthusiasm for living each day to the fullest will not be
  forgotten by her family and countless friends; now, therefore,
  be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
  Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
  family of Bernadette Richardson; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
  Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
  memory of Bernadette Richardson.
