SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 460
 
 
  In Memory
  of
  Ricco Diaman Delgado
 
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
  commemorates the life of Ricco Diaman Delgado, who died February
  25, 2017, at the age of 32; and
         WHEREAS, Ricco Delgado was a proud Texas citizen who was
  respected and admired in his community for his many
  achievements; and
         WHEREAS, He was a lifelong resident of McAllen and a 2003
  graduate of James "Nikki" Rowe High School; he earned a degree
  from Saint Edward's University, and he graduated magna cum laude
  with a law degree from Texas Southern University; he went on to
  practice law as an assistant criminal district attorney for
  Hidalgo County; and
         WHEREAS, He was an avid and skilled outdoorsman who took
  great pleasure in teaching his son, Nathan, the principles and
  joy of ethical hunting and fishing; and
         WHEREAS, A man of compassion, intelligence, and wisdom, he
  gave generously to others, and his natural leadership, his
  charismatic personality, and his enthusiasm for living each day
  to the fullest will not be forgotten by those who were privileged
  to share in his life; and
         WHEREAS, He was a devoted son, brother, and father, and he
  leaves behind memories that will be treasured forever by his
  family and many friends; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
  Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
  family of Ricco Diaman Delgado; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
  Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
  memory of Ricco Delgado.
