No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that online admission application forms for public institutions of higher education include a link to certain comparative gainful employment data. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, the Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Texas Workforce Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
