IN RE:
HB384 by Murphy (Relating to documentation of proof of identification for voting.), As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code relating to documentation of proof of identification for voting.
The Secretary of State and Department of Public Safety estimate there would be a cost to implement provisions of the bill; this analysis assumes that the cost could be absorbed within existing resources.
The bill would take effect on September 1, 2017.
