HB641 by Phillips (Relating to the continuation of the Red River Boundary Commission.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to change the date relating to the continuation of the Red River Boundary Commission to July 30, 2021.

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds in each chamber; otherwise it would take effect September 1, 2017. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
