No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code relating to the removal of home addresses from personal financial statements filed by certain persons. The Ethics Commission indicates that any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives two-thirds vote by the house, otherwise this bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
