The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to a charitable raffle ticket awarded as a bingo prize. Based on the analysis of the Texas Lottery Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
