No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety code relating to the persons authorized to make an anatomical gift. Based on information provided by the Department of State Health Services, no significant fiscal impact to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2017. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
