HB1177 by Murr (Relating to the release on personal bond of a person arrested for an out-of-county offense under certain circumstances.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to provide for the release on personal bond, in certain circumstances, for a person arrested in a county other than the county in which the offense is alleged to have occurred.  The Office of Court Administration has indicated that the provisions of the bill could be implemented with existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
