No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code by requiring airport operators to establish a system of collecting passenger complaints and reporting the complaints to the executive director of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the director of Texas Homeland Security.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
