No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the Texas Funeral Service Commission; authorizing fees. Based on the analysis of the Funeral Service Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
