HB1355 by Wray (Relating to the enforcement of commercial motor vehicle safety standards in certain municipalities.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code adding Midlothian to the municipalities that may apply for certification to enforce commercial motor vehicle safety.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
