IN RE:	HB1361 by White (Relating to the dismissal of certain suits affecting the parent-child relationship in which the court has rendered a temporary order.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to eliminate jurisdiction over certain suits affecting the parent-child relationship filed by a person who is not a parent of the child.  The Office of Court Administration has indicated it could implement the provisions of the bill with existing resources. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
