No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would allow a person employed by an open enrollment charter school to be employed as a teacher for a noncore academic career and technical education course without holding a baccalaureate degree under certain circumstances.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2017, or immediately if passed with the necessary voting margins.
