Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the bill may allow for revenue gain and costs associated with the development and sale of electric power generation, leasing of hunting rights and use of property for recreational purposes for the Palo Duro River Authority of Texas.
