No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to clarify that notice requirements for clerks regarding offenses committed by members of the Texas military forces be reported to the Judge Advocate General and not Joint Forces Headquarters. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration and the Military Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
