No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Special District Local Laws Code adding the Wood Trace Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Montgomery County. The district would have authority for road projects including the issuing of bonds.
The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2017.
