No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to provide that written jury summons may include the electronic address of the court's Internet website from which the juror questionnaire may be easily printed and that district and criminal district judges may allow a person to complete and submit a jury summons questionnaire on the court's Internet website. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
