No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend provisions in the Transportation Code relating to certain vehicle size and weight limitations to conform with applicable federal laws.
Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, it is assumed implementation of the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the state.
