No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Transportation Code relating to the designation and operation of utility and off-highway vehicles.
The bill would repeal Sections 551.401(2), 663.001(1), and 663.003 of the Transportation Code.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
Local Government Impact
According to Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
