No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to require the holder of a brewpub license who holds a wine and beer retailer's permit to limit alcohol sales to beer, ale, or malt liquor manufactured on the brewpub's premises in order to sell to certain retailers. It is assumed the cost to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
